Butterfield Place is a compelling example of local collaboration. Corporate Concepts Group partnered with Frederick McRae’s design team to deliver an extensive renovation of the executive floor, showcasing the combined capabilities of the Stafford Group. Corporate Concepts Group procured and installed all furniture, while Stafford Surfaces refinished and stained the existing wood flooring, giving it new life. At the entrance to the executive level, our colleagues from Spectrum (a sister company to CCG and Stafford Surfaces) hand-cut and installed porcelain and marble slabs to create a distinctive custom floor combining wood, tile, marble and porcelain. Spectrum completed the Executive Bar, featuring a striking marble countertop and backsplash.

Corporate Concepts Group has worked with Butterfield Bank and Frederick McRae on both the Mid Town and Butterfield Place installations, covering all floors.
